Products in our shop are mainly delivered carefully by Yamato Transport. Please note that we may use Japan Post for delivery to some areas (such as remote islands). *We do not accept the designation of delivery companies.★Regarding overseas shipping, please contact us before purchasing.

About the shipping time of the product

After confirming your order and payment, usuallyWithin 1-3 business daysWe will ship it to.

• We do not ship items on our holidays (Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, year-end and New Year holidays, etc.). Orders and payments made on holidays will be processed the next business day.

• It may take some time before shipping due to a large number of orders, stock status, inspection/maintenance, etc. In that case, we will contact you via separate email.

About specifying delivery date and time

When shipping via Yamato Transport, you can specify your desired delivery date and time. Please select from the notes section when ordering or the delivery specification item.

*Delivery on your desired date and time may not be possible due to weather, traffic conditions, or conditions in some areas (such as remote islands). *In some areas where delivery is carried out by Japan Post, we may not be able to accommodate your request for a specified date and time.

About free gift wrapping

Our shop offers free gift wrapping. If you would like wrapping, we will normally ship within 1-3 business days after payment is completed, but if you wish to have multiple items wrapped in special packaging, it may take a little longer.

About checking the actual product and receiving it at the showroom

Requests and precautions during delivery

• To prevent accidents or loss during shipping, products will be delivered in strict packaging with security in mind.

• To ensure delivery, we ask that you receive the item in person (with a receipt stamp or signature). As a general rule, we do not recommend posting in delivery boxes etc. for security reasons.

• Once the shipping procedure is complete, we will send you a "shipping completion email" containing the tracking number for your package.
