Returned Products
Our return policy is 14 days. After 14 days of purchase, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.
As a condition for returning an item, it must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Be sure to return the product using the packaging materials that were used when you received it.
Certain items are not eligible for return.

*Health and personal care products
A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete a return.
Purchased items cannot be returned to the manufacturer.
Only a portion of the merchandise price will be refunded in the following circumstances
*Books with obvious signs of use
* Merchandise that differs from its original condition and is damaged or partially missing for reasons that are not our fault.
* Merchandise returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Refund (if applicable)
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will send you an email acknowledging receipt of the returned merchandise. You will also be notified if your refund is approved or denied.
If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Delayed or outstanding refund (if applicable)
If you have not yet received your refund, please double check your bank account first.
It may take some time for your refund to actually arrive after we have completed our refund processing.
Then please contact your bank.
It may take some processing time before your refund is issued.

We accept refunds for regular-priced items, but not for sale items.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We will only exchange items if they are defective or damaged.
