Refund policy

Return
Our return policy is 14 days.
We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges after 14 days of purchase.


In order to return your item, it must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
Please be sure to return the item in the same packaging that was used when you received it.

Some items are not eligible for return.

Other non-returnable items:
*gift card

A receipt or proof of purchase will be required to complete your return.

In the following situations, only a portion of the product price will be refunded:
*There are obvious signs of use.
*It is not in its original condition and is damaged or partially missing due to reasons that are not our fault.
*Products that are returned more than 14 days after receiving the product.


Refund (if applicable)
After we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.


Delayed or non-processed refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received your refund yet, please first double-check your bank account.
It may take some time after we complete the refund process for you to actually receive your refund.
Next, please contact your bank.
There may be some processing time before your refund is issued.

Sale items (if applicable)
We accept refunds for regular price items, but we do not accept refunds for sale items.


Exchange (if applicable)
We will only replace defective or damaged items.
If you need to exchange the item for the same item, please email Shopify@amazing-grace.jp and return the item to the address below.

Shipping costs for returning the product will be borne by the customer.
Please note that refunds do not include shipping charges.
If you request a refund, return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund amount.

Please note that depending on your location, it may take some time for your replacement product to be delivered.

If the value of your returned item exceeds ¥75, please consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We are not responsible for any damage or loss during return shipping.
